Stated rates are per night in US Dollars and are based on double occupancy. A charge of $25.00 per night will apply for each additional guest. Rates also exclude, but are subject to all applicable taxes. During Christmas and New Year period a 5 night minimum stay is required. Rates are subject to change without notice. 14 days advance notice is required for cancellation and a refund of deposit. During Christmas and New Year's a 30 day advance notice is required for a refund of deposit. $35.00 administrative fee is charged on all refunds. To hold your reservation a minimum of 1 night or if staying more than 3 nights, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, except during all Holiday periods, when a deposit of 50% is required to guarantee your reservation. The balance is payable upon your arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.
