There is an additional charge of $25 per adult per night for more than two adults in a room. Rates based on double occupancy and are subject to change without notice. Length-of-stay requirements may apply. Rooms subject to availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Stated rates are per night in US Dollars and are based on double occupancy. A charge of $25.00 per night will apply for each additional guest. Rates also exclude, but are subject to all applicable taxes. During Christmas and New Year period a 5 night minimum stay is required. Rates are subject to change without notice (except on confirmed reservations.)

14 days advance notice is required for cancellation and a refund of deposit. During Christmas and New Year a 30 day advance notice is required for a refund of deposit. $35.00 administrative fee is charged on all refunds. To hold your reservation a minimum of 1 night, or if staying more than 3 nights, a 30% deposit is rquired to guarantee your reservation. The balance is payable upon your arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.
